This bachelor’s thesis aims on the usage of project management methodology in practice. The first part describes the theoretical project background, it’s phases, used methods and other necessary information. The second part closely describes Garrett Advancing Motion company, where the project is taking place, together with the description of the state before the project. The main topic is in the design part where is used the project management methodology in the expansion of the internal know-how base SharePoint.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the use of project management methods in the development of an application for a company. The first part deals with the theoretical concepts and methods that are used in the design part. The analytical part describes the current state of the company AUTOCONT a.s., where the project is implemented, and the way projects are managed there. It also describes the project itself, for which the design part of the thesis refers to the use of project management tools to develop an application for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enterprise information system.

Non-verbal communication as one of the criteria for taking on pedagogical staff

6 ABSTRACT: Knowledge of individual elements of non-verbal communication is of great contribution for verifying submitted information, opening possibilities to view personal characteristics of given individuals. These pieces of knowledge can be successfully used during job interviews for pre-school institutions. This is one of the criteria, which can help discover desired qualities of future teachers, which are necessary for good work simultaneously helping to discover undesirable and problematic qualities. This thesis aims at detecting which features of non-verbal communication are most preferred by headmasters of pre-school institutions in the process of talking on new teachers. Instructions, created on the basis of the questionnaire evaluation and personal interviews, explain the most significant elements of non-verbal communication. These instructions can be used to help during job interviews. Teaching English Through English: Giving Instructions at A1-A2 level students

This diploma thesis aims at presenting principles and techniques of giving instructions during English lessons and their practical use. It stresses the awareness of the importance of delivering clear and understandable instructions and of their influence on students' comprehension. Theoretical part of this thesis describes general rules of giving instructions and focuses on instruction techniques suitable for students' learning styles. It also deals with the language of instruction appropriate for A1 - A2 level students. Practical part consists of applying the theoretical principals in practice through an action research. The aim of the practical part is the improvement of the author's instructions. The findings have shown that modifying the language of instruction as well as using various verbal and non- verbal instruction techniques promotes the students' comprehension of instructions. "Instrukcí neb Krátké naučení mladému hospodáři" ("A Short Instruction for a Young Farmer") by Šimon Lomnický z Budče

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnický from Budeč. My work includes the correction of grammar, syntactic and ortographic errors, some of them need special decision, which has no influence on the uniqueness of the middle czech language. I have also analysed main themes and motives, which were similar to the themes of an another same genre books. The end of the life of Simon Lomnicky wasn't very happy and there were a lot of bad legends about his political behavior and his death during 19 th century,, which was destroyed on the beggening of the 20th century. I was also trying to find the origin of these rumors and make decision of its.

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnicky from Budeč. My work is aimed on the adaptation and analyse of a moralizing text by Lomnicky. I have analysed his book, Instruction or The short eduction for young hundsman, her evolution during three centuries, differences among editions from 16th, 18th and 19th century and her dependence on source book, The sentences and educations of the great philosophes. The reflection of Lomnicky's life has been changing very fast and dramatically, I have tried to find out reasons of peremptory changes.
